Work ***** & Perfume Questions

So my questions for you guys is:

When did she shoot the music video for Work ****** & when did she shoot the "Perfume" video?

Because I've realized that on the WB video she looks much more like Scream&Shoutney and in the Perfume video she seems to have her current nose & starting to get her mouth to look like it is today. 
And now I wanted to know when she shot the videos and how many weeks were apart? 
Because I think in that period she must have done something to her face that changed her appearance to what it looks like today.

They were the only two singles from the album, they won't have been filmed years apart boo
