Choreographers GoldenBoyz_inc (Nick Florez & RJ Durell, were backup dancers for Britney since Baby one more time era and also choreographed the 2007 VMA gimme more, and choreographed the tribute performance honoring Britney for the MJ Vanguard awards at VMA )  instagramed this:

I'm not saying Britney is performing.... it may be like a tribute performance by others they did for the 2011 VMA before Britney accepting her MJ Vanguard Award

I thought Brian Friedman did the directing/choreography for the VMA's tribute!

Interesting though, her performing is quite unlikely but maybe another tribute!
