I personally think Britney sounds better when she sings in a falsetto and more of a whisper tone (Breathe One Me, most of Glory, Why Should I Be Sad, Everytime, etc.). It sounds pleasant and not strained.

When Britney sings in full voice, she "croaks" too much and loses her pitch. There's nothing wrong with her singing softly. I think that singing in her iconic "baby" voice allows her to sing with a little stronger without losing the pitch and being shaky. Unfortunately, it does get a little irritating because you can tell it's forced.

her voice was really strong, but rca/ her team ruined that voice because they think ****** style voice has gp's attention

orginal doll would be her art but they didn't let her do it

yeah but most of the demos were pretty shitty anyyway tbh. Every single demo would have been a filler song. Im sure in the end it would have turned out great, but to this day we dont have a single great ballad with good quality and her natural voice.

I think it was smart of RCA to make her voice sound so commercial and unique but Im sad they couldnt mix it up with her deeper voice. It would have shown the GP that she has good vocal rance instead they think that she can only sing like a chipmunk. Can you imagine how awfull it must be as a singer (who CAN sing pretty well) to constantly have people secnd guess her talent as a singer?? I mean she brings in on herself but it really bothers me and I cant belive that Britney doesnt care. I just think that at this point she is either to insecure to sing live or she ruind her voice.

I agree and I love her Breathe on me /TOMH/ Everytime vocals. But Im sad that we never got a single good song with her deeper voice. Im just super curious and would love to know what that would sound like.

I think the closest we'll ever get to a full voice from her in classic ballad form would be "Where Are You Now"

People think Soda Pop is Christina's singing. During BOMT Britney still showed off her lower register but yeah I can see why she went with her baby voice. Oops was the better vocal album anyways.

It's very sad she didn't explore that kind of voice further on, but the damage is done already.

We need full songs that showcase her low register in B10! It would be amazing!! :makeitrain:

Her unique vocal talent must be exposed! :staysalty:

Im afraid she lost it, because of always singing in a forced baby pop voice :( thats why she cant really sing anymore and lip syncings everything

Have you listened to the killer high note on the song Liar? She definetely has it! The reason why she lip syncs everything is because she is focused on her dancing, even though it's not that hard like it used to. She has the skills but not enough confidence tbh :yaknow:
