You guys have NO idea how much billboards cost.  

That's easily upwards of $10,000, maybe way more. Not the most expensive advertisement, but it ain't cheap.

I don't know about Manila but here in the US a billboard can cost a LOT. They put a couple up in LA for POM and on sunset blvd it was probably at least 10,000 for a few weeks.

Well it depends where the billboard was set up. In the US the average cost is $500-$1000, but if you want to put one up in Times Square it's over 100 grand. $10,000 sounds like a good guess tho.

for all we know she could just be getting onstage and talk to the audience for half an hour and do dynamics with the members of the crowd and stuff. That would be Britney and that would be live
