Sometimes I really like the version that these days most of the criticism doesn't even reach her. After all Vegas was selected as the best show etc. Maybe a lot of good opinions reach her and less of the negativity. On the other hand, maybe she reads Exhale every once in a while.

I feel like maybe it depends on what it is.

If its something small, she's most likely cool about it.
I think if it gets personal or mean though, she probably dismisses it and really couldn't give a flying ****.

No shade, but I feel like her team treats her like a little precious doll. So I don't think they are super honest with her in terms of maybe your dancing could be better, maybe you should actually sing once every ten years. They've built up this idea that everything is fine and that's why her career is where it is. And they don't have to prove it because she walks out on stage and shows are still sold out. So she probably really thinks everything is perfect. I highly doubt ppl are being real with her.  Like she's just in another world, being a mom. 

But it baffles me that she is  admittedly inspired by Rihanna and Beyonce and JLo and doesn't look at what they are doing and want to critique her own self and say hey maybe I should step it up a notch.

Ehh I think it rolls right off her back she's who she is always has been and hasn't comprised it. If she's happy with herself and her family is proud of who she is and what she does I think that's all that ever really mattered to her. I must say it takes a lot of mental strength to stay so true to who you are as human when you've been rich, famous, and being able to get your hands on whatever it is you want for 20 something years. She truly is incredible as a human being. At this point it must just be like white noise to her.  She's truly impressive
