It's underrated. I mean look at the other first singles that she has released. BOMT, OODIA, Slave, Gimme More, Womanizer, HIAM, WB, & MM. Aside from MM, all of the other first singles were either a) iconic, or b) successful. Oh, also some people don't like Madonna because they saw her as being a leech. She wasn't as successful at the time and Britney helped her get back at it. When you think about it, a single with Madonna should have been bigger, but it wasn't, and then there was Toxic and well... you could say it was overshadowed
