Does any other fanbase hate on their fave's work like Britney stans hate on Femme Fatale?

The hate for that album can be a bit disturbing at times. The vitriol towards it and the way that people go out of their way to hate on it is a bit scary.

Britney fans hate Femme Fatale? I know everyone hates Britney Jean and rightfully so but FF?

anyways, Christina fans hate on Lotus. I've seen JLo fans hating AKA and some Rihanna fans hate Talk That Talk and call it the Loud EP.

I don't dislike the album but I don't like what it stands for.  I was all for Britney hopping off that Max Martin overproduced, manufactured train and this album is exactly that. It has 0 Britney in it (most Britney this album has is - Scary which is an international BT).  Besides, she looked dead inside through that whole era. The time frame between 3 and Glory was a mess.

I don't think fans hate the album. Femme Fatale is a solid pop album, a few of the songs are a bit generic (I mean, it is Max Martin and Dr Luke) but I think fans dislike the era itself and how Britney wasn't into it. Fans dislike Britney Jean way more than Femme Fatale.

Both FF & BJ are uniquely different in their own way. I do NOT hate either.

The only thing I hated about BJ was the lack of promotion and singles.

The reason Britney fans hate the album is because it was the first era that fell flat. It had the hype of two/three years of no new music (other than 3), tweets of Britney praising it, and a killer lead single that was completely different for Britney....

....and then we got the performances, which fell flatter than they ever had. The video, which had overly edited choreography. We had solid singles, but no investment from Britney herself (this was a big problem at the time I remember). Every time we got something to be happy with, we got something to drag us right back down. TTWE was a killer single, the body double. 

When we consider what Britney wanted in an album (Rnb, urban, rock etc.), Femme Fatale was the biggest opposite direction she could've taken, and I doubt she took it!

There's way more hate for BJ than FF. I don't get the FF hate - it's a solid pop album. I think it's very fun and it was a commercial hit.
