South American Tour confirmed?

So, Daily Star reported she would announce tour dates in Japan, Europe and South America. Japan has just been confirmed. Can we believe DS that she's touring in Europe and South America too?

Idk about Argentina, but it's not confirmed in Brazil. This journalist who usually gives infos about concerts and festivals said this week that her show in Brazil is not even close to be confirmed. So we'll have to wait and see.
