I think its because more dates are following very soon, with a feeling of a final set of tour dates. But check the official site there is information about both concerts!

ALSO, 

I think there will be a bigger and official announcement from them before the 5th of april when the tickets for the Manila- concert goes on sale. Which would give both that date and the rest of the dates an announcement as well as media/ press and promo.

Tel Aviv was both hyped before hand and has it's own press conference there the same day as the suprise- release of tickets went on sale.

So, my guess is that we will have pretty much all or most of the tour dates before the 5th.
