Will Britney do a surprise release for the next album?

It's the age of streaming. Albums are being dropped unexpectedly. Albums are being revised after their released. Will Britney drop her next album unexpectedly, or will she continue with her usual release of a first single, then announce the album date, then release the album?

Britney is sadly not anymore one of those artist who can release an album out of nowhere and tadaa 1 million copies sold first week. 

I mean just look at Glory, half of the Earth's population (or even more) don't know it exists. Britney needs to promote the **** out of her next album or she won't be able to even reach 100k copies sold WW

The absolute last thing she needs is an album with even less exposure than the last 2

I actual think a surprise release would be better for her given the lack of airplay. If they just drop the album and then promote it with music videos released that day, interviews, and streaming promo then it could do well. They keep sticking to the same outdated plans and then missing the strong visuals.

Even her surprised performance with Rihanna was not surprised like we knew about it days earlier. Britney can't pull surprises

If they can do half of that then q surprise release would do great I think. However, her team do not seem to want to do anything that will help her career so I think it will be the same as Glory promo but maybe a good lead single video like Slumber Party

I agree, if she does that it would be a success. If they did that with Make Me, it would've been a hit and the fact that its controversial would get people talking. Shes still a big star that people will be interested in her so I believe she can pull it off. It just needs to be the right timing and done well. Its not Britney to blame, its her outdated team, I hate when fans call her lazy. She is doing work and her team has to realize that they need to as well rather than sit on their ***** collecting her millions.

+ they should change her image and have her sing live AND have epic choreo breaks

she needs to target minorites or something for it to be really successful like hip hop-ish albums

however if it was just pop music .. I doubt it will do that good in the charts
