this new trainer knows how to shape Britney's body...she's loosing the fat in the right places and toning her muscles. she hasn't done this since 2004. in 2008 she just lost weight but she didn't work her muscles that much

lets hope so..she really looks amazing..i can't imagine how good she will look after several more training sessions
