I have a family friend who works with Julia Michaels. They say her voice is amazing. I think she just doesn't have confidence singing in public anymore after all she's been through.

Every producer who works with her say the same even justin tranter said this not long ago  but unfortunately just like you i think britney doesn't feel confident to shows it after  how she has been criticized for a long time over her voice  by the media and Gp.

Her voice in Oops sounds thin compared to her deep vocals from the Oops era, but I think she might be just phoning it in and not putting a lot of effort here.

i've been saying this for a while, she sould get vocal lessons because her voice cracks a lot, even on glory you can hear it a little bit. i'm not a vocal specialist but that's something that can probably be worked on right?
