Whatever people say, if she does indeed do a CD signing it would be chaotic. Thousands of people would gather just to say they met Britney... I don't think it would be safe for her OR fans. It would be hard to find security for that many people... And a place where you can control the crowds.

I remember quite a few years ago, this popular latin pop group did an album signing in Brazil. The place where they held the signing was not prepared for the amount of people that were going to show up and as a result, some fans died, others had to be rushed to the ER because the crowd got out of control. Now imagine what could happen if Britney does an album signing.

the only way she would get away with one if they sold tickets to one and did it in some area where they had to be screened by a security entrance and ticket. 

that is if she ever did some kinda signing

however no one really buys cds anymore so it would be pointless
