Is Google/YouTube messing with Britney's Slumber Party MV view count?

I noticed the view count has changed the past few days (possibly even weeks)... I know for sure I myself have watched the video on a couple of devices (while not logged in), and even my hubby and some friends watched it too... yet the count hasn't changed in quite some time.  Something fishy is going on, and who knows how long it's been going for! :lookover::xfactorlook::snooptoya:

Shakira definitely has a much more compassionate fanbase in the Spanish community... but the the thing is Britney still has a huge international fanbase.  Shakira's video numbers are still rising, which is great... but Britney's Slaymber Party video definitely should be higher than what's stated there.  The number hasn't changed in quite some time now, when for sure thousands/millions of people have watched/replayed the video since that current number.  YouTube/Google have been known to manipulate numbers and their 'Trending' videos (based on people paying for those spots), which is why you'll see low count videos in the Trending often.  So, I think there's something going on here.  Heck even when Slumber Party first got released, the view count didn't change for a while and then magically got this big number.  So, it might be the same issue again.

I'm not sure but i noticed when i was watching the John Wayne video loads of people commenting saying the views hadn't been changing, they'd been staying the same, so it might be happening to all the music videos on VEVO. Think it might be a bug/glitch or they're trying to delete views from spam bots or whatever

I hope that Britney's next single is a hit, but yet I hope they won't go for the safest direction. Is that doable? #TopDreams

If Britney doesn't step up her game she will never have a hit. Look at Gaga she literally had to hit up every huge event to get somewhere. Granted her song isn't great. Same with all these others though.

You have to promote these days and it has to be good.

It's gaining 160k daily, obviously it will get stuck at a certain number for days. Your claims that the number is the same and not moving due to some conspiracy are bullshit.

It's not about fanbase.. You can't get 600mln views by having compassionate fanbase.

It's called 'appeal to GP and especially millennials'. Sorry, but at the moment Britney mostly appeal to her die hard fans.. and as we can see, there are not too many of us anymore...:forkit:
