To be a good Britney song, it would have to be a good song overall to begin with.

chained to the rhythm is a good song. the only issue is katy's voice it's annoying in it.

I don't really like it... i heard a fake demo that someone posted on twitter which was a bop but then I listened to the real version and... meh. Katy can do better. And I don't want that for Britney, she needs more Breathe on Me/Touch of my hand/Toxic style kind of music. AND to conclude, 'Chained to the rhythm', "Me against the music' :quirkney:

Whenever another pop star releases a single the stans come on the board and are like "oh this song would have been perfect for Britney".

Like no it would have not. Britney would never record a track like that.  Since when has Britney ever tried to make some sort of political statement in her music? She makes music for others to enjoy not so much to make forced statements.

idk i think she would've made it great :slayney:

very femme fatale-ish

The haters will come in this thread and drag you.

I love the song but it's not uptempo enough for FF. To me its chill vibe could easily fit on Glory and is more "The Weeknd" than anything on Glory.

I wouldn't be surprised if this track was offered to Britney and she refused it. Something about it sounds like it would sound better with Britney's voice.

It would be a bonafide club hit with Britney on it. Poltical message aside the track screams 100% Britney.

It's a generic mess that would not fit any of Britney's albums, even FF. FF had some variety to it, like the rock vibes of DKMW, or the acoustic guitars of HATLM and Criminal. True, FF was generic according to Britney's standards, but it isn't generic enough to include Chained to the Floppage....

Glory is full of experimental tracks though...sure, CTTR may be chill, but so was 95% of 2016's music. Doesn't mean all of those could fit in Glory.

If Glory was to have any other tracks, it could be something like Get It, Money Love and Happiness, Devil Pray, or something like Pleasure You

The only trend following tracks that stand out on Glory are Just Luv Me and Better, which could have been on anyone else's album too
