EDIT: Of course I realize it doesn't have Britney in the writing credits. But I still hope that Britney inspired the writers. It would be logical.

It's possible Britney recorded a cover of it and Ina was never informed by her label.....most likely because the cover went unreleased

She's registered as a performer on BMI. Most likely Britney recorded the song for fun but it was not intended for use on the album.

I love that song, I didn't know that she recorded her own version. Now I want to listen to it..... ugh, I wish there was a way to listen to all her unreleased material istead of waiting for the leaks. I want another Britmas!
