He said unless she really commits to being a pop star again and promoting, it's been to long and she won't have success. Basically it's now or never. We can't afford another flop era or she's just done and a legacy act. He's not a Stan and knows this. He also made the point that every generation will love different pop acts and she's not competing enough to be known anymore. Link to comment
