Don't kill me but I don't think it was that bad in 2013. Wig and outfit are just terrible but thedifferences between 2013 and 2017 are: her face, the dance break and the fact that she is bored of the choreo now so she improvise a lot

Omg she looks SOOOOO much better now! 

But to be honest, now that I look at that 2013 clip, it's not AS bad as I remembered it to be LOL.  FFTney was way worse.  Also, it's clear she's very out of it/drowsy/tired, and that wig is just horrible.  Don't even get me started on the backup dancer costumes LOL.   Glad everything has improved since then.  I just hope the world gets more exposure to her new music and routines (these old routines are so boring and you can tell she and her dancers are bored of them too).
