That's actually a myth. I know I'm not a personal trainer, but IMO she could benefit from lifting heavier weight. It would actually tone her up more, not bulk her out.

Haha. Cool to know. I was just saying that she said that recently (in an article I believe) I'm sure her trainer know's what she's doing. Also, we don't know what the rest of the workout consisted of. Maybe she did lift heavier weight.....
