Beyoncé? #1?  ***** didn't even start becoming successful until 2003, and didn't become the overrated hasbeen she currently is until 2006, isn't this early 2000's?

She's talented but she is overrated af. I think that it's the way she act on stage and in her videos that make her so huge…

The video is titled "The 00s" aka 2000-2009, where are you coming up with "early 2000s" with?

OIDIA, Stronger, Slave, Toxic, Gimme More, Womanizer, Circus, IUSA, 3, and I'm sure I'm missing some, ALL charted highly on the top 100.

Read the description of the video, it's the Billboard Decade end chart. Ranking based on singles success.

Billboard's methodology goes this way:

One week at #1 - Something like 10 points

One week at #2 - 8 points

One week at #3 - 7 points

ect.

Britney got 2 weeks at #1 from 2000 to 2009. (1 for Womanizer, 1 for 3)

It's natural that she ranks so low with this method. Britney sacrificed singles success for album success and it worked for her; she's the #1 female album artist for the past decade, #2 overall behind Eminem.
