I'm pretty sure they are, it's usually photoshoot pics that aren't allowed because the copyright of them belongs to the photographer.

no. i have tried using pics from getty images etc. before, it didn't work.

like i said, either fan pics or you acquired/own the rights to the pic.

You should worry about Beyonce being listed as a source of inspiration.

I do not know who writes the **** but there is a difference in expressing your liking of an artist's music and sources of inspiration.

And I do not remember Britney ever mentioning Beyonce was a source of inspiration for her work.
