I checked her filmography and she has nothing visually outstanding, actually, "3" is very minimalistic and simple just like Glory but depends on which track is going to be the next single but I think her style doesn´t match with the "artsy fartsy" Glory style. David LaChapelle was the ideal director for this era, he could have directed all of the singles because his vision perfectly fits with the melodic vibe this album has. My favorite directors are Joseph Khan and Jonas Akerlund but their style have nothing to do with this era, maybe Francis Lawrence might be the one but I doubt RCA dare to afford such an expensive director for a 3rd single from an album which previous 2 singles weren't that successful.

Minimalistic would be low budget though so it could work. I could see a minimalistic video for Love Me Down or Better.

I feel like im on Team B trying to decide what to do for 3rd single :giggleney:

OMG! those are my favorite tracks, Better deserved to be the lead single and Love me down has grown on me since mid November, Glory chart performace would have been different with those tracks as the 1st and 2nd singles respectively :yeaok:

would you mind enlightening our minds on the subject with your opinion? :mhmsureny:

I just don't see your logic, David is ok but I don't think he's the only director that can give a visual to the album it's about concept & all director have different concepts which make the video unique if you think that **** David directed for make me was was good :ipass: I would agree it's better than the one we got but it's no toxic

1. I never said he was the ONLY one, I said he was the ideal because of his artistic vision could complement Glory album's vibe.  It's a perfect combination.

2.  I do agree with it, there are many other music directors that could make wonders.

3. What we saw from the "original" video were just different unfinished cuts, it doesn't mean the actual video would finally end up being like that. There were other un-seen scenes. As for what we saw, it was definitely way better that the official video, in what extent? we don't know.
