Yes, it was.  So it is a real single, since it was released to radios. But it did not get a physical release, so the artwork is not real.

@BrittonJeanSpears I also have some stuff made about the UNUSUAL YOU cover... but I'm still missing the FONT! which is the same used in IF U SEEK AMY  I found some similar, but not the exact same

Ooh, that'd be good. I tried to find the most HQ artwork I could, but it's still pretty bad.
