Live performances with other person

I'm just wondering during years when she performs with somebody doesn't she feel uncomfortable when she doesn't sing and other person goes live? She performed with Tinasha , G-Eazy, Shitty Azalea. Even Boobazoid like Nicki Minaj performed live. Or how does it look like. She sings but the microphone is off?
