back off

why is this even a ******* question when beyonce steals the lyrics from others in the first place? I can bring some receipts.... just saying... :queenriri:

Because the OP randomly brought up the topic that this award should go to one of the song writers while saying Britney deserves a Grammy for Man On The Moon instead. And yes, gimme all the receipts about Formation please.

Look up Wynter Gordon/Lemonade. That should be sufficient enough. Theres nothing random about anything I said. I simply compared lyrics from Bey to Brits. What dont you understand? Britney deserves a grammy for Glory and MOTM over Lemonade and Formation anyday.

I don't know about Formation, but at one point a producer claimed that Beyonce steals hers. Search on BRETHEHEAVY, it was in the Beyonce era.

and it doesn't? formation is just as bad as man on the moon! Britney deserved a nomination at least for Best Pop Vocal Album, not Demo Lovato! Just because she has a powerful voice, doesn't mean she has a better voice! The lyrics from Confident are way worse! At this point, even Revival deserved a nomination! Let's just not kiss the *** of a black woman who tries to be white in every possible way!

I know Wynter Gordon, it's no secret that there were other people involved in this album. This happens to be a fact for many pop music albums btw.
I do understand very well that in your opinion Glory deserves a Grammy and in my opinion it does too but that doesn't mean you have to undermine other people's work.

I'm not undermining Bey. If you say she has meaning then okay but I'm comparing it to Glory and Glory deserves a nom over Lemonade. Also I wouldnt be surprised if she stole writing credits from Wynter for this album. It wouldnt be the first time.

 Btw. Man On The Moon is not a bad song nor is Formation. Those are both my opinions. And idk why you feel attacked for me writing that Britney had no part in writing the song because I don't see a problem in that unlike you and the OP seem to do.
Also you will find a post by me in this very thread from yesterday where I said that Glory deserved a nomination for Best Pop album. Especially since I never heard about Demi Lovatos album before. I hope that makes it clear.

Well, I can respect your opinion :)

I'm aware of some rumours although breatheheavy clearly would be my last source to check for any facts on Beyonce. :blol:
Just because there were rumours in the past doesn't mean she stole Formation lyrics now though. She is listed among other writers and even if she didn't write it, it clearly has input from her personal life.

I don't care about writing credits, comparing Britney and Beyonce or Grammys. But you sounded so bitter and pressed that @Body ache said Formation is a bad song and you automatically said Man On The Moon is bad too. I don't get it!

Everything is fake about Lemonade! In no way Beyonce would diss Jay z like that! It's just a publicty stunt like the elevator thing!

Though, I understand it! She wants success, she has a great team, she's everything you want from a singer... but the album theme, the police stories are all there just to create buzz around her! This is her type of controversy! She's marketed as a powerful and strong woman!

No, I never said anything like that especially since I disagreed with them that Formation is a bad song and I never said anywhere that Man On The Moon is a bad song either. There's nothing for me to be bitter or pressed about.

For all you racists that use racially coded language to diss Beyonce.

First off, let's stop with the "racist" attacks.

If it's ok to call Caucasians WHITE than it would be ok to call African Americans BLACK. Stop with the double standards. Calling Caucasians white is same as calling Asians yellow. You Americans are sooooo "sensitive" with the "labels" yet you use and abuse them however you want.

Plus, let's be real: Why is it that it's politically correct to call black man African-American? Isn't it offensive to call black guy who was born in (for example) Germany, and he only lived there his entire life, he and his parents and grandparents NEVER lived in USA or in Africa? Doesn't anyone see how ridiculous that is?

And to go back on the Grammy nominations topic - NO NO NO! She didn't deserve 9 nominations, and don't automatically draw the "racial card" cause it's bullshit! Album and Formation DO NO DESERVE SO MANY NOMINATIONS! But I guess cause you voted Trump for president everyone is in HUGE overdrive trying to "correct the mistake" by nominating a lot of black artists over white artists to make sure Oscars and Emmy fiascoes don't happen again.

I never expected Glory to get Grammy nominations cause it's a Britney album, and let's face it - music awards today have NOTHING to do with the music. It's all about the image and how many people watched the commercials during the show (cause that's capitalism at it's finest). If you don't get a lot of viewers, you won't get enough money from the adds next year.

So let's stop this nonsense and except the fact that America is not ready to accept that ALL PEOPLE ARE THE SAME, NO MATTER OF THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN. They will always see everything as black and white, not as good and evil. Oh, and money and fame. Cause that's the most important thing in life, as seen on TV. :angietea:

I'm black and I can not stand that corrupt *** called beyonce and the mafia around her
Not by the fact we got the same skin color  I am forced to identify me with her and applaud everything she does.

PS: I'm not gonna see that biased boring crooked mess called grammys, every year it gets worse and I do not think this year is  gonna be the exception.

Please for the love of God then listen to Emotion, it's so not Call Me Maybe but you will probably dislike I Really Like You (it's the only song that doesn't fit the album) and since it's sort of the Shake It Off of her album. I like 1989 as well though not as much because I wasn't a fan of the singles she put out except for Style and Out of the Woods. I never listened to anything by Kimbra except as a feature in Somebody That I Used to Know but I will check her out (and in return you'll check out my suggestions) lol. You should also get to know @Slayde, he has incredible musical taste and is easily one of me favorite users here cause he listens to every genre

Aww sis ditto to you too I love you on here, probably my favourite member :giggleney: also sis if you listen to Kimbra check this out, one of my faves
