Snapchat Celebrates Britney's Birthday

So my gf found out today was Britney's birthday because Snapchat apparently has a special filter for her among the geofilters. I tried it on my phone and can't find it. It's a pink sash through the side that says 'Happy Birthday Britney!' with her perfume on the bottom right. Can anyone confirm this? She sent me a picture of it but I can't see it on my phone.

Atlanta 

I live around 45 mins outside ATL and I don't have it on mine so I'm thinking maybe it's just in the city limits of major cities
