her lipping has always been an issue that cost her fans. in fact i know people who stopped caring about her bc she stopped caring about singing.

believe it or not, it happens. and it still does. the older people get, the higher their standards - and britney lipsyncing 100% of her set for the last 12 years hasn't helped gaining her new fans, at all. 

btw, she's the only artist on the planet to lip 100% of everything always. even jennifer shower-singer lopez tries at times.

I mean people wouldn't have cared as much if her dancing was on point but it wasn't until now. All she needs now is one single live performance to prove she can sing otherwise no one can sing and dance like her at the same time. Everyone talked about her womanizer lip-synced performances but I don't see the same for Toxic ones.

no one expects britney (or anyone else) to sing live when putting on the original choreos for "slave 4 u", "overprotected", "toxic", "me against the music" etc... we just want her to do it like she used to in the past - prerecord her songs and at least sing the ballads live. that is not too much to ask for imo if she wants to sell cds. a lot of people these days don't even bother to listen to her stuff bc they think it's all studio trickery and she can't sing.

That's what I meant. I also updated my last post and said no one complained when she lip-synced Toxic performances but everyone tore her apart for lip-syncing Womanizer..... I agree with what you said but I think she lost fans because of her dancing and attitude rather than live singing.
