I just don't get it

How can the people around her have such little regard for the impact this woman had on the world and music industry.

I hate being negative but I can not believe that Britney herself can truly be happy with the way things are going in her career. A dispute about a sponsor taking over her video and the money it's going to generate? Just dump it and invest in an amazing visual that will in turn bring you respect and success.  When did the excitement for her videos ever get so overly shadowed by product placement? I get this is how things are done now but she deserves the best treatment and to be treated like the icon she truly is.

after FTR: Countdown I don't think she looks at herself that way...it's all just fun for her

her dad/team have more legal control over her career so it's their problem to present her the right way but they don't wanna do it 
too greedy and/or could care less about her impact

I think if Britney truly wanted to, she would take back full control of her career. Look at how she got her way with Glory. We never thought that would happen. It's up to Britney but honestly she's never seen herself as a legend and I don't think she takes her career seriously anymore

It's not about being negative, but realistic, back then, her vídeos were made to promote the song, now they're made to promote products, what's up for the future? albums full of featuers to promote upcomming artists? She looks like a an exclusive start to anything new out there, it's discusting what her carrer have turned into it

I'm sorry but I have to agree. I always viewed Britney as up there with MJ and Whitney, Madonna etc. She was always managed in a way that reflected the impact she made. All of a sudden she literally became a pawn for sponsors, up and coming artists, a vegas star (which does have plenty of positives for the way she improved as a performer), i adore the woman but enough is enough, she deserves the best.

She had a legacy from 1998-2005 that no one was ever able to it, and every single era from there, we always had some negative details on it, Glory had no excuse to go down, she is healthy, she made álbum that she wanted, she didn't look so good and happy since ever, and now i ask, 2 years working on a Project for this? They screwd the álbum image, the make me vídeo, when they had the opurtunity to go to the UK and talk more about the álbum and even add 1 or 2 new songs from it in the show, every single thing was around POM, it's sick
