Why did she have a vocal coach in 2013?

For those of you who don't know, Britney had a vocal coach in 2013 and she was with her really often:

Also, in the same year, when they asked her in GMA if her voice is ready for POM she said:

"I'm definitely ready".

Not to mention the famous "I always sing live" quote from 2013. 

My question is why did she need a vocal coach in 2013? Clearly, she didn't sing a note live in POM, and in BJ Myah's vocals were pretty obvious, and Britney's vocals were heavily edited in most songs.

So, I wonder why did she need a vocal coach, what do you think? 

 

 

She was also spotted with her in 2015:

Also, if you notice, they're in the same place in all pics, so Britney was visiting her a lot.

Maybe they're just friends?

I think she did record the vocals for BJ, but they used Myah's vocals on the final version

I think that she also is choreographer. But maybe to improve her voice and record BJ

How do we know she's a vocal coach?

Wasn't she in IABJ when she was coaching her so she could sing live. 

They were talking about how the vegas weather has no humidity and it was hard for her to sing.
