For Britney to have a successful 10th era....

She needs:

1. New team;

2. New record label.

Let's get real. We blamed BJ for her lack of success, but Glory is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. She has way more energy, passion and everything. They NEED to invest in her more. Beyonce is NOT a better performer. The only thing Beyonce is better is at is  amazing props, light effects, stylish outfits, hair on point and fierce faces. 

Why don't they invest in Britney? She has the IT factor. She was and she is the IT girl. It literally is just a matter of a lot of props, good effects, fierce faces (and probably prerecorded vocals). Non of these include effort from Britney's side. It's all her team! 

People praised Circus Tour way more than they do Vegas and during Circus she barely moved, but she had magicians, effects and props everywhere which made the overall show a spectacle. Just imagine current Britney with her looks, passion, energy, GREAT album + new team of people who know what they're doing + new record label that would invest in her again.

She need just say goodbye to the flop *** of Larry & Silent House. And have a new Management & Creative team with fresh and amazing ideas.

She can keep Larry she just needs a creative director to oversee an era from its inception. 

Glory had more than enough time to prepare all of its visuals/marketing/etc before its release.. Now we're scrambling for a 2nd single if a 2nd single even happens at all.

This era has somehow become the messiest era we have ever had
