that happened to me. make sure you're logged into your account, then go to your account info on top and when you click on it it should say something along the lines of pending downloads. then you just have to ok it.

I have a Mac, so when I open iTunes, go to the top menu (where it says file, edit, etc.) and go to "account." You should be logged into your iTunes account and then scroll down to where it says check available downloads. :riri: I had to click it a couple of times before Clumsy started downloading lol :moorangu:
