Clumsy's Not Downloading For Me... :xcuseme:

When I go to the album, it says Clumsy is "purchased", but when I go to my purchases, it's not there, so I can't download it from the cloud... And it's not in my iTunes library...  The **** is this ****?

Somebody give me tips to get my song, please.

that happened to me. make sure you're logged into your account, then go to your account info on top and when you click on it it should say something along the lines of pending downloads. then you just have to ok it.

That happened to me with Amazon. I was too impatient to figure it out, so I just bought the single.

I have a Mac, so when I open iTunes, go to the top menu (where it says file, edit, etc.) and go to "account." You should be logged into your iTunes account and then scroll down to where it says check available downloads.  I had to click it a couple of times before Clumsy started downloading lol
