Interesting that they took a screenshot from the video for the cover but they did an entire separate photoshoot for the album. Something fishy is going on.

Because that was intended to be only a photoshoot until Team Britney decided to make it a video too?

But why would they use a screenshot from the video instead of a photo from the photoshoot? I feel like they're hiding a surprise for us.

Its not uncommon to use screenshots as pictures, fashion magazines do it. Annie leiboivitz used a res camera to do a shoot with Bruce Willis for W magazine and Lady Gaga did one and they used the footage to edit a montage.
