So yeah i’m working out. I have tennis classes mondays and wednesdays, it’s basically my cardio bc I hate cardio.
the rest of the days I go to the gym, I do like 10 or 20 minutes of elliptical
I’m taking collagen supplements, whey protein, chromo and moro and I’m waiting for apple vinegar and green tea pills,
seriously I’m already tired I crave burgers, milkshakes and coke, it’s super weird so that’s why all those pills help me with loose weight, I’m not really fat my body is like the male version of Britney’s body, I cave beautiful calves and legs, my tummy is not flaccid but there’s a little bit of fat there and that sucks. On top of that I have insomnia and sleep good is the best to stay in shape.
So yeah i’m working on it to have a cool body for the summer, my *** is already yummy tho
