Steel Magnolia
Just throwing this out there... But have you noticed the timecode that's visible on the super clear version of the leak that TMZ posted? http://www.tmz.com/2016/08/06/britney-spears-music-video-make-me-david-lachapelle/ The song is only 3 minutes and 51 seconds long. Yet G Eazy is rapping way into the 4 minute and 20 second mark, with another minute left of the song to go. Is it possible that the original video included a 90-second long introduction before the song starts? It would explain why the rest of the narrative doesn't make sense - all of the setup for the video (including the bulldozer scene that we've yet to see) would be in the introduction, before the song even begins. Steel Magnolia
Just now, Rodrigo Nalerio said: It says 1:04:34 1 hour and 4 minutes of video editing In the editing software you can decide if you want your editing timeline to start at 00:00:00:00 or 01:00:00:00. The editor would have selected the 01:00:00:00 option...meaning that there was actually 4 minutes, 34 seconds of footage at that point. Link to comment
Steel Magnolia
Right now we have Act 1 (all dancing, no storyline), and a build up to the climax, where Britney meets G Eazy, he begins to unbutton his shirt and, ummm...climax. So why would the storyline begin at the beginning of Act 2? That makes no sense. There must have been some kind of intro, that went before the guy holding the clapper (the Act 1 scene - the first round of leaks). It's the only way the rest of the narrative makes sense.
