Of course in a perfect world, we would have an amazing lead single and an amazing music video, and we would have seen or heard nothing about the video until it premiered, the way it used to be for every era/album before "Blackout"

But this is not a perfect world, and the people in it are DEFINITELY not perfect (or deserving)

So, that leads me to say this, and I stand by it:

 

Amazing Lead Single + Mediocre Music Video >>> Mediocre Lead Single + Amazing Music Video (BJ)

This is progress, and it's good, and the music is great, and I am thankful.
