Frankly, iTunes position is not that important anymore. This isn't 2008. Sales are declining, majorly. Even big songs by huge artists sell in the top ten and then fall majorly into only top 100. If and when radio and then streaming pick up people then begin to buy the track again and the song rises on the iTunes charts. Please update your expectations to 2016.
