On December 6, 1999, the music video for Born to Make You Happy premiered to accompany the 4th single of the ...Baby One More Time album, released the same day.

It was directed by Billie Woodruff and portrays Spears dreaming that she is with her lover, while she sings and dances during the rest of the video.
