  1. Hey! So I'm in the process of losing weight and getting fit again, after reaching the point of not being able to dance out a song without dying of breath-less-ness. This reel is from the other day, where after months I was able to dance and I danced for a full hour. Hope you enjoy the video, would love to hear some feedback!
  2. Hello everyone for those who don't know me, My name is L e V a N (A.K.A #levantune). I'm a singer-songwriter from Europe and I'm excited to share with you all my work, First Dance track I wrote which was inspired by the music sound of late 90-s and early 2000-s. Inspiration for this were sound of Britney Spears & Lady Gaga ( Separate gratitude to LADIES that I'm sure made everyone's life way brighter, happier in all the possible ways with their music) And of Course to Jordan Miller who made this all possible by creating this pop music news community - Breatheheavy, which I follow since 2004 (Yes I follow this since then, I'm a HUGE FAN) Back then it was (and I guess still is) breath of fresh air. This is the First Time I'm posting Original Work here and to be honest a bit worried, as I know we Britney Fans are very critical, which is another reason me posting it here Anyways, won't be talking too much, hope you'll enjoy the song & Music video - Coming Soon! Thank you for opportunity
  3. Toni's new single! It's nu-disco, it sounds great, THAT BASS! There's also a music video out for it: Coming for Kylie's wig omg. Dua really inspired old queens this year... From Billboard: "Dance" (Dave Audé Remix"): First single, "Do It" (omg TEACH 'EM HOW IT'S DONE!!): "Spell My Name" album cover (T-O-N-I, T-O-N-I...): Great singles, great looks, great presentation, beautiful woman, amazing voice... I'M HERE FOR IT! EDIT: The third single is here!
  4. I went through a phase in high school and college, where EDM was my favorite genre besides pop. I've gone through many phases throughout my life where one genre dominates over the others, but my taste has always been very diverse. Most of my Spotify playlists are a mixture of all types of music and are often not cohesive. I was inspired to create a thread celebrating "EDM" music, and I'm curious to see if there are many fans of the genre and what your favorite tracks are. I have loads I want to share but have picked ten that bring fond memories of my Junior year of high school-beginning of my sophomore year. Some of these songs came out before, but although I'd head them back, these were the years that made me love the genre. 2008-2010 were my favorite years, although 2011-2014 comes close. 10. Love Is Gone - David Guetta & Chris Willis 9. Let Me Think About It - Ida Corr vs. Fedde Le Grand 8. Technologic - Daft Punk 7. Everytime We Touch - Cascada 6. One (Your Name) - Swedish House Mafia 5. Day 'N' Nite (Crookers Remix) - Kid Cudi 4. Satisfaction - Benny Benassi 3. My Feelings For You - Avicii & Sebastien Drums 2. Heads Will Roll (A-Trak Remix) - Yeah Yeah Yeahs 1. Call On Me - Eric Prydz Share your jams that created fond memories
  5. Hi guys, Let me start off by saying Gloria Estefan is a Cuban-born artist and one the biggest artists in Latin music history. Some of you or your parents might know her from her older hits: Conga, Turn the Beat Around, Don't Wanna Loose You. In 1998, Madonna and Cher released what everyone considers their magnum opus: Ray of Light and Believe. Sadly, with such big releases, Gloria's magnum opus "Gloria!" got lost in the shuffle. This album is full non-stop 90's dance, disco, house music with touches of salsa, hip-hop, afro-cuban beats. It's an album that celebrates life, love and joy to the fullest. 4 of her biggest hits were released: Heaven's What I Feel, Oye, Don't Let This Moment End and Cuba Libre. Even the non-single tracks such as Real Woman, Touched by an Angel, Lucky Girl are club-worthy singles and classics. For spanish-speakers, Gloria blessed them with spanish versions of Heaven's What I Feel (Corazón Prohibido), Oye and Cuba Libre. Fun facts: Real Woman has been lip-synced by Manila Luzon and Lucky Girl was covered by Mexican-singer Thalía. I wanted to create this simple thread to share good, upbeat, dance music through these difficult times. Press play and deja que tu cuerpo te pida salsa! (let your body ask you for salsa!).
  6. PLAY ME - Harrison Barnes Hey guys... My friend Harrison Barnes released his first song and video yesterday..entitled PLAY ME Harrison is a huge Britney fan as you will see & the video is inspired by BOMT and the show Pen15 on Hulu. Fun pop bop and the video is very throwback to the early 00's time frame with the dance breaks and everything! Just thought some people here may enjoy it! Plus wanna support my friend!
  7. Does anyone have the full version of this? If it's even available? Thanks so much ?
  8. Britney can finally practice her choreography for Work ***** on Just dance 2019! But seriously, the Just Dance account uploaded this on twitter:https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://twitter.com/justdancegame%3Fref_src%3Dtwsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor&ved=2ahUKEwicqsLUgO_cAhVMJsAKHSpQC7sQ6F4wG3oECAQQAg&usg=AOvVaw1H42ds8077eH5AgItDojFB Thoughts?
  9. I will say this, yes the choreography is lame and most times poorly executed, however; Britney is continually moving in some fashion. She has no slow songs being performed, and is always dancing. I commend that in her. For an 1 1/2 hrs (I don’t really know how long the show is) she is always moving in some fashion. For the length of the show she is doing her thing and really not stopping at any point.
  10. is release something thats sound like a "Havana" rip off! I was very dissappointed with Pretty Girls because it was a copy (not nearly as good) version of "Fancy". It's very lame when singers (especially older ones who are trying to get a hit again) copy current hits. It can be uptempo, trap pop, house whatever is in now but it must sound original and fresh
  11. So, every year I do this to myself and usually end up "crying" and despairing over the current degradation:
  12. Since some of us are not fans of the show for the most part (myself included), you guys should watch this video. Most of the clips here are satisfying and very good
  13. Have you tried learning any of Britney's choreography? I think I've gotten pretty good at the slave breakdown and I'm trying to learn Me Against The Music.
  14. Hey guys I love to dance and challenge myself and Britney was my first dance inspiration growing up since BOMT and watching her videos and performances ! In still a HUGE knowledgeable fan and was so excited to take this class! Link below hope u like!
  15. Work *****: she doesn't bend forward during "that means trouble y'all" and "i am the bad *****" part. "Hold your hand high..." part little choreography cut and replaced by random poses Womanizer: she walks back to the main stage too early during the second Womanizer prechorus, she doesn't whip her hair twice during the dance break when she's bent forward Break The Ice: whole choreography scrapped and replaced by an easier one Piece Of Me: whole first chorus choreography was scrapped Baby One More Time: second chorus dance break is totally messed up, dance break choreography (just before Oops) has been cut and replaced by random poses Oops! I Did It Again: she skips one forward bend during the second chorus, the hairflip during the "innocent" high note after the second chorus is gone Me Against The Music: she doesn't do the double hairflip on the "all my people round and round" in the first chorus, second chorus choreography is executed less sharply Gimme More: second pre-chorus and the final chorus moves messed up, moves during the second verse are less sharply executed I Love Rock And Roll: second verse moves often skipped and badly executed Do You Wanna Come Over: beginning of the song choreography has been simplified, last chorus choreography is executed less sharply Make Me: one of the two hair flips during "by the way I see you starin'..." has been cut, she skips the bend in the first "You're that spark..." part Do Something: first chorus chair routine was scrapped Circus: whole instrumental part dance break was scrapped Breathe On Me: double spins are gone, she doesn't bend touching the floor anymore before blowing the glitter Touch Of My Hand: the backflip is gone and so is every double spin she used to do during the dance break Slumber Party: movements during the floor choreography are executed less sharply Stronger: she doesn't whip her hair and bend forward during the chorus Toxic: a lot of moves are poorly executed or not synchronized, the first hair flip during the breakdown has been cut, BBMA's choreography has never been added to Piece Of Me show Till The World Ends: first verse floor choreography is gone Feel free to add.
  16. Hey Guys!! I just put out a new dance video to the Weeknd's In The NIght that has Britney's story all over it. From my perspective, I got the feeling that the "girl" he was referencing in the track was a personification of music and her story was parallel to Britney's Career. I played along with that concept and basically created "Britney's In The Night". The microphone that the choreography is based around is suppose to symbolize music but as well as Britney's career and my dance is a way of empathizing with that pain. I know the concept may be a bit bizarre but I felt like the genuine b-army would appreciate the story and hopefully show some support Really hope you guys enjoy it and I'd love to hear some feed back thank you <3
  17. Please give it a watch. I'm doing Love me down next I love Glory so much I want to perform it all <3
