I, as many of you, have been wondering what ever happened to the smile of Britney. Britney has shown that she’s not completely comfortable in certain situations and it’s pretty evident. For example, her M&Gs and at the X Factor. She’s been both, critiqued and trolled, for her unusual facial expressions and her “fake smile”. Some people blame it on lip fillers, but Britney’s fond the lip injections and in the past, it was pretty obvious whenever she got them. For example, in 2007, she got some: And then, in 2013, when we was about to release of Work *****, she got some more. We can see the result in the single cover and the result was pretty good: But the result never was near her current smile. Now, we all notice Britney is an insecure person, she has ticks and she’s anxious in public. If we consider the criticism she’s faced for her uncomfortable faces, I don’t doubt that she did something about it. I dare to say that those comments got to her and considering she’s constantly in the spotlight, she couldn’t afford to look that uncomfortable that often. So, she did something to fix it, but it wasn’t lip fillers because we’ve seen how they end up looking and it’s not like she looks now. Recently, one user at Exhale mentioned she got the Korean smile lift, a surgery meant to make you look like you are permanently smiling. They cut some muscles and then sew them differently to create the effect. Here’s a video explaining it in detail: Here are some of the results of that surgery. And this is one of the most disturbing results. And here is a video of the procedure. It is graphic. If you look at Britney’s smile closely, putting special attention to the corners of her mouth, you can see the resemblance to the results of the surgery and, in specific, if you look carefully, you can see it in the interview with Jonathan Ross. Look at the before And the after But the question here is... what the hell is going on behind the curtains that she felt the need to do something like this? Why does she feel the need to smile all the time? Isn’t she genuinely happy being a singer? And if she isn’t, why does she continue to do it? Is it her choice? Or as a lot of people here think... is she really being forced to do it by other people?5 points

Actually, lithium has anti-aging properties and has lengthened the lifespan of fruit flies in experimental settings. Further, “...researchers found that, at the same time as blocking GSK-3, lithium promotes activity of a molecule called nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 2 (NRF-2), which is involved in protecting cells against oxidative stress - a key player in the aging process.” https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/308830.php I don't discount she was/is on medication, but while a substantial portion of psychopharmaceuticals are certainly known for causing side effects such as lethargy, apathy and lack of coordination, to my knowledge there aren’t any credible studies referencing a correlation between psychotropic ***** and accelerated aging (but if you have sources indicating otherwise, I’d appreciate you sharing)!3 points

Oh and for the record, she didn’t need any of that. She was gorgeous even at her messiest. Too bad the ***** in her life made her feel worthless enough to do this. No one who actually loves themselves gets **** done. Ask a kid what they want to change about their body and they will pick a horn or wings or some other funny fantastical bs. It’s adults who are taught to loathe themselves that get **** done to fit an ideal for someone else. Even hair dying is a form of self loathing. Love yourself. Stop with this unnatural insanity. The surgeons are feeding off your insecurities and that parasitic relationship is disgusting. The lip thing is absolutely horrific. It’s all just sick.3 points

I belive it. Her mouth doesnt only have a different SHAPE which could be botox or any filler, her smile is WIDER, the corners really look like they were cut. Its sad cause she had a tender smile and nos it doesnt look as cute. I would be fine with her tring to keep looking young, but she is CHANGING her FEATURES I hope she is not being forced to look smily, that would be like the very saddest singer life in history3 points

In all honesty her face changed drastically in 2011 which was definately a result of heavy medication. I won’t even pretend to know what she was prescribed as that’s between her and her doctor but when you looked at the results of lithium - Britney meets the criteria. Hence why she was so doped up during FF. It seems like since then a mixture of medication, stress, smoking and surgeries have caught up with her. So sad she had the most angelic face and even into 2014 she still looked like Britney but anything post that she’s like a different person now which is sad2 points

I like her look here a lot from 2016: And of course she looked great at the 2016 VMAs and the Today Show appearance. And this is all post surgery. I don't know what happened from Slumber Party video to present because she mostly looked great during 2016. (And better hair styling/costumes than 2017-present.)2 points

In this day and age nobody really gets plastic surgery anymore. Everything is injections. They can totally reshape your face with injections, even your nose. it's pretty amazing, but quite obvious. It's a temporary fix (6 months to a year) and healing time is just a matter of days. I'm sure doctors even go to celebs houses to do it so they aren't seen leaving an office. Some people go a little overboard; Madonna, Gaga2 points

Well her conservator aka father went in with her recently to ask about a **** lift. So, anyone who imagines Britney likes to be told she’s ugly and gets those ideas herself is delusional. Someone told her she looked bad and needed things done, same ******** who insist she put in weaves on her already super damaged head. Fans are to blame really. She could have been done a long time ago but y’all just kept feeding the machine. Oh and the politically correct ones going “her body her life” imagine a mentally ill person in a comservatorship makes any real decisions about their body?! LOL!!!! Y’all are funny.2 points

If she really done this procedure then it’s probably permanent I always assumed the procedure involved some lines that pushed her lips up and they would probably be dissolved by her body in a few years. Now I’m sad I hope at least she’s satisfied with her looks now, I mean, if she really felt the need to change her smile it’s because she was self conscious about it. People calling it fake and stuff poor Britney2 points

Apart from that it forces the mouth like a tic.I do not know who has advised her or who has done this horrible thing to her.She must love herself very little yo do this .She was a beautiful girl naturally does not need this! The funniest thing that pisses me off is that the girl does not remove her makeup correctly and does not brush her hair. She seems to have very low self -esteem.Also, the color of lipstick is horrible.2 points

Simple. They shot a full session so there's bound to countless images from this setting/outfit alone aside from the final MM single cover photo that was used. The user above stated it perfectly how the disagreement between Team Brit and David led to the cancellation of the MM video/planned Glory shoot since David wasn't about to allow his work to be mutilated/butchered. It's more telling the footage of G-Eazy used in the second MM video has the timer at the very bottom, not even final footage but leaked one. I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't allowed access to the mastered/produced footage from that shoot. It's a shame because it seemed Glory was off to a big start until everything fell apart. This photo was uploaded by someone who worked on the session. It's not an actual David shot photo but more of an on set photo taken by someone else, not a professional camera.1 point

The problem with her smile were those lines (wrinkles) around her mouth and that her upper lip was too big. She also smiled awkardley most of time making her look weird but when she was relaxed (VMA 2015, 2016, photoshoots, etc) she always looked great. Thankfully her plastic surgeon solved the wrinkles' problem with fillers. Now she looks amazing: Appreciate CURRENTNEY and stop posting unflattering pics from the past1 point

she has a very thin upper lip corners so the doctor did upper corners only to get the "full lips" effect and "more natural" look at the same time... this is a full upper lip injection and she looks like she was stung by a bee or had some alergic reaction to a food this one is upper lip corners only what has happened was... the injections dragged her upper lip corners downwards beacause it was too heavy for the skin... a gravity... that's all1 point

Ikr? I always say that i don't care cause it's not my money, not my face and not my business but i also always say that the least thing she needed to "touch" was her face her face was perfect with the right make-up and everything and don't get me wrong she's gorgeous now but what she did was unnecessary imo!1 point

Apparently David Lachapelle shot this but when he fell out with Britney and her team and the original Make Me video got scrapped he didn't let them release the photoshoot (if other photos in the desert setting exist, but because this outtake came out a while after Make Me was released its possible there are more photos). Because apparently the other photos (if they exist) were being planned to be used for the Glory album booklet, possibly the cover (this is only a rumour though so it's not definite for sure but could be true). Although at one point Randee St. Nicholas' website stated she shot the Make Me single cover but a fan on here emailed someone from RCA and they said David shot the photo so who knows.1 point

The fact that you consider her to be someone who is not able to function, yet she is more successful than any of us and is able to turn her life around and not only that but also be true to herself and her goals, is beyond me. I could care less for that show and its' theme, but you need a university degree to stand next to the other judges? I am sure not.1 point
