I agree. Famous she was. I guess I was just expressing my opposition towards calling any celebrity a trailblazer. There are certain words such as genius, trailblazer, life changing, artist and so on that we use lightly nowadays. And with all due respect to LaChapelle, to put Britney and Paris in the same category seems unfair to Britney. She was iconic in a way Paris could never. It is like saying Kim Kardashian and Madonna are the same just because both are globally known.

A trailblazer is someone who opens up roads that were blocked before. Someone who starts something that nobody else quite figured out how to do. breaking bareers and sometimes oppression. How is being a bimbo, representing just another face of the very epitome of aspirational model that has always been sold, defined as a trailblazer? Was she popular? Yes. Was she famous? Yes, but trailblazer is wrongly used. She was hosting parties because she was a white, rich girl with connections, followed by paparazzi, which offered an opportunity for some social climbers to become somewhst relevant or appear on a mag. None of her popularity was because she had any talent or she was doing anything useful, innovative. I mean, she was going by the book and fittign perfectly into the system.

I see where you are coming from, but I agree with the fact that people need to let go of telling her what to do. Would I do what she does? No. I would, as you say, look for growth and expansion, but I am not her and I have no clue what is really going on in her life. So, I think we should let go of this obsession.

Thank you. The fact that some people here are so ignorant that they are happy with this because she talked "ill" of their favorite retired popstar while the world is being engulfed by awful censorship and scary power wars is ridiculous. So refreshing to read some intelligent POV And as you say, I do not like her either, but I can see what is going on. People here are so freaking brainwahsed, "conservatives" as if the other side of the spectrum is any less crasptastic. Both are awful, really. Guys should stop seeing the world divided in dems and republicans. People are being ran over by a system while they celebrate censorship. Exactly what is intended

The theories were insane and people were investing too much time on it, but c´mon, the stupid Royals got themselves in bigger doodoo when they decided to send William with a double that looked nothing like Kate. That TMZ shait was freaking stupid. They just ignited the fire, but of course the NYT which creates fake stories, would never dare mention that.

I redpect your stance, but I do not agree with it fully. I think people fail to acknowledge when you achieve fame (and by no means is Swift's fame accidental), you are relinquishing certain aspects. You can not parade your relationships, build a career on them and then claim ppl should not even touch your privacy with a rose petal. It is unrealistic and totally utopic, because part of fame is becoming a mirror of people's fears, hopes and expectations. When Tom Cruise jumped over the couch, people questioned his mental health and honestly, it was not wrong to do so. When you see a homeless person on the street screaming to themselves, you question their wellbeing and mental health. It is normal human behavior. The fact that you like Swift doesn't mean she has not opened doors about her private life that obviosuly bring attention to other darker aspects. She manages to sell records by, among other things, making people privy to knowing "the tea" of her life. I mean, I still read ppl saying they can't wait to listen to her songs about Travis. How do you expect ppl to be absurdly obsessed with these things, but be very resectful about not ever questioning her mental health? She has fed that monster for her own benefit, she has paraded her "love" on national tv. It is unavoidable for people to question things.
