That gif is from a Brazilian telenovela I watched as little kid (like 4 or 5 years old) and I still remember what the gif scene was about (telenovela was THAT iconic!), the lady in the gif and her daughter were very evil and they tried poisoning someone's drink to kill them but the lady ended up drinking the poisoned drink by mistake lol.
