  1. This choreography solidified Britney as one of the best technical dancers in the industry. She makes it look so effortless. Kudos to Wade and Brian as well. Iconic is an understatement for this amazing piece of art.

  2. Yes, the choreography for Slave is nothing short of amazing but don’t act as though it isn’t an infectious pop song with a very slick beat. Everything about it is a masterpiece and The Neptunes did their thing. She simply executed the choreography better at the 2001 VMAs than during 2000. Don’t be delusional. Not to mention how effortlessly she carried a 30 pound snake around her shoulders while looking fearless and not missing a single beat. And don’t even get me started on how she walks up the stairs to the outro of Slave in such synchrony. It was magic.

  6. So it's okay for us to discuss the details of her doctor, medical condition/s, net worth, who she hangs out with, the scum under her nails, the gap between her teeth, her ongoing trauma, counting how many streams each album has, having a website that literally talks about every single detail of her life, but a little rivalry between her and another singer is where we draw the line?

  7. So do y'all remember what was your reaction listening Blackout for the first time? I recall it leaked and heard it, I was amazed. When the official was released I realised I listed to demos, Ooh Oh Baby was titled Fillin' me Up, Hot as Ice was titled Cold as Fire, and it even came with Outta This World and State of Grace. I was only 16 at the time... Anyways here is a nice compilation of Blackout Demos

  8. You're limited to selecting a maximum of 15 songs, and the total runtime cannot exceed 15 minutes. For me the setlist would be something that really consists of only iconic Britney songs that are iconic and made a big impact on her career and stuff Break the Ice [Interlude] Gimme More [Full] + Dance-break and 150 stri**ers Piece of Me / Radar [Medley] Womanizer [The Circus Tour Remix] Mannequin [Short Edit] Phonography [Short Edit] Get Naked / Freakshow [Medley] Slave 4 U [Short Edit] Breathe on Me [Short Edit] Circus [Short Edit] Baby One More Time [Full] Toxic [Full] + Dance break Lucky [Acoustic Version]

  12. What an iconic yet kinda disturbing magazine cover. This was the start of her hypersxualized yet "innocent" virgin schoolgirl persona

  13. This with Ooh Ooh Baby and Perfect Lover. It was iconic and I felt it was overshadowed by the media focusing on her life not the music Goodebunps when I heard Gimme more on the radio for the first time

  14. Imagine referring to those iconic and ear-popping songs that established Britney as THE definitive pop princess of the millennium as “kids bop.” The songs that the made the world fall in love with her. Imagine even thinking for a second that those songs aren’t worthy of a SuperBowl setlist when you literally have Manjobi, Big Fat Bass, It Should Be Deleted and Rayda. Are you actually trying to purposely sabotage her career? Jail time for you, immediately! You also left out Circus and Slave which would be another SuperBowl must.

  15. Wow, not sure if you’re trolling but that is a HORRIBLE set list. Radar not once but TWICE? A will.i.am medley? Turning her 2 most iconic hits into a “sad” version? PHONOGRAPHY? Get Naked? Freakshow? At a family sporting event? Are you trying to get her dragged? Ooh La La? Pretty Girls? TTWE twice? No Oops? Stronger? Lucky? Crazy? Goodness, I’m so glad fans aren’t in charge of her career. Once again, thanks for proving to us all how you have the worst taste on this entire forum…

  16. The choreography for Slave is what makes the song good. For a long time, I didn't know why people favored the 2001 VMA over the 2000 VMA performance, but I realized that the Britneys flawless execution of the choreography that night made her a dance icon;i n the ranks of Janet and Paula Abdul. Still, the 2000 VMA performance is what put Britney on the MJ / Madonna level.

  18. So first we have Janet's 'Nasty' released in april, 15 in 1986 - so it's 38 years old TODAY - with her breathy vocals and snaky attitude. Her legacy has TOTALLY influenced Britney's music. This song heavily screams the get nasty vocals of Britney's 'Boys', for instance: When making her third self-titled album in 2001, Britney Spears recorded 'I'm a slave 4 u' that was written by The Neptunes for Janet Jackson but ended up being Britney's. The Janet attitude is still there along with Britney's signature vocals, though. Here we have another Janet-esque Britney's song, her GET NASTY: In 2016, Tinashe collaborated on a song with Britney. And recently she released her song also called 'Nasty' with chorus I've been a nasty, girl. NASTY! with a more modern/contemporary/trap sound to it. What do you think?

  24. shut up, Loretta, because you are complicit as well with your 'Christina is skinny as a needle thread' in the Britney community forum. And no generation is more superior than the other, but I guess that's something I would expect to hear from a Gen Z'er.

  25. They’re millennials. They learned from gossip columns like TMZ snd Pigrez in the 2000s. That’s why GEN Z is superior!

  26. And that's ok. I'm just answering the thread question. And I didn't say she needs to be glammed up, BadBunny... I said she should take care of herself like any other person (woman or man).

  27. Britney doesn’t care to be glammed up all the time like that, dear! Let her be. I also think Lynne aged quite gracefully.

  28. Xtina looks better than Britney since 2013. The Spears aged really bad. You can see JL and Bryan looking much older than their actual age. Lynne looks like ET with a Black wig on, Legmie is literally melting... Britney can look good, but she need to start to take care of herself. Stop tanning so much, eats good, do some skin procedures, hair treatments, and fix the teeths... Britney has the money and the time to do it.

  29. It’s kind of disturbing there are men in their 30s or older making “who’s prettier, Britney or Christina” threads in 2024.
