  1. Hello Britney fans! I used to frequent this forum years ago but lost my old credentials, so here I am. I've always been a huge Britney fan, so when I stumbled upon this news at work, I thought I'd share it with all of you. I work in the marketing department for a streaming platform in Warsaw (it's neither Spotify nor Apple Music, just to clarify). A couple of months ago, among the upcoming releases from Sony (which distributes RCA releases here in Poland), I spotted something from Britney Spears titled "Britney 25: The Silver Collection". We didn't receive any more info about it, indicating it's not a major release. I meant to share this with you months ago but forgot, until today when we received an updated list including a title "Britney 25 - One More Time, The Silver Collection". They've slightly changed the title, and the release is scheduled for June. We haven't received any assets yet and usually we get dedicated emails and even meetings from labels for major releases, so I guess this will be a collection for fans or something along those lines. Not sure if you guys are already aware of it, and if you are, sorry for not checking. If not, I hope it excites you. I'll keep you posted should I get more info!

  2. She’d need a complete career overhaul fully cementing her as a legend & THEE Princess Of Pop. Similar to the rebranding Beyonce got in 2013. She’d also need a few more solid hits under her belt and 1-2 more strong albums. It can definitely happen, just it would require a lot of work to rebuild her reputation and she does not care.

  3. I think she would. People/the general public are still very much here for Britney, even casual and non-fans would still go to a show if she announced a tour.

  4. So… a random new user on exhale, it’sKamilBtch, gives us “inside” info on his very first post… and some of us are finding it likely to be true. Rough, rough times on Exhale

  5. Yes and No. i think the only way she can pull stadium size audience is if she does a few interviews where she appears to be “her old self”- funny, witty, sweet, and present. And the biggest seller would be to see her perform amazingly with her dancing like she had pre-CON. The fallen fans, and even the casual Britney listeners would get excited to see their version of Britney they liked come back and would buy tickets. Also her ticket prices couldn’t be as much as Taylor or Beyonce. And now, No, because we know the Britney we see now, give no fuqs and isn’t here to be anyone’s nice, pretty, sweet pop girl anymore. She doesn’t feel the need to make anyone but herself happy. And that’s what she deserves- her happiness. Also even if she was given amazing choreography, if she didn’t want to do a move, she would just deviate from it. So her show wouldn’t be as polished as an old school Britney show was. So in terms of the Britney we know today, no she wouldn’t be able to sell out a stadium tour. Arenas for sure cuz she still have such a loyal hardcore following and even the fans that aren’t Stan’s but love her music and want to relive the Y2K Britney fantasy would come so they can dress in her iconic segxy costumes and get drunk and dance to the music.

  6. She’s such a damn leech. Britney went out with her and Lindsay like 2-3 times, she was never really a vapid party girl “socialite”, this is truly pathetic.

  7. She will only want to breakdown her awful, tacky Shein fashion from the past 3-4 years

  8. Taylor always shows her true colors when she brings up this old ****. Imagine literally having the world in the palm of your hand— you can do ANYTHING you want. Yet you choose to harp on things from 8 years ago. Blasting ex’s that you CHOSE to be with and END relationships with. She clearly carries such negativity in her heart. Just goes to show you can be the most successful person at your chosen craft and still be worthy of pity.

  11. A new single ala 3 would be amazing. She can do it from her living room, with amazing makeup and outfit. Please Britney

  12. People love to undermine her sales power because of the flop Dominion was going to be, but remember; Dominion was going to be a continuation to a vegas show that stayed past its welcome, plus the ticket sales for residencies are different than normal tour dates (people buy the tickets either very late or at the venue if possible). While not stadiums, Britney managed to sell out almost every single ticket for Piece of Me Tour (242,627 / 252,120, 96%), and this was her lowest effort tour for sure, and it wasn't accompanied by succesful album like her previous tours, and it had minimal amount of ads. So.. I'd say, she could sell out stadiums if she wanted to.

  15. It's beyond criminal a song about Romeo and Juliet somehow wasn't included on Oops, an album which clearly was going for a cinematic experience with the interludes, Titanic references and the literal song about a movie star, but two pointless cover songs did

  16. You know it’s going to be same old rehashed GH track list with images from the Femme Fatale era.

  17. I swear no one underestimates Britney more than her own "fans". OF COURSE SHE CAN.

  18. Why do I actually believe this lol - makes sense with all the rumors going on. I would prefer a rarities album instead of a collection of all her songs though 🫠

  25. lol.. maybe try to be a bit humble and see how it actually performs.. way to build hype only to let people down by releasing something mediocre..

  26. This sounds like such a cool idea and what a way to give back to the fans that have stuck around all these years. I hope this is true in whatever form it is.

  27. At this point, I personally don't care, and it really doesn't matter what the fans think. Britney is destroying her own legacy every day, exhibiting bizarre behavior and posting things that make absolutely no sense, only adding more fuel to the fire. I haven’t met anyone recently who views her as a sane person. She’s done. Ultimately, it’s her life, her career, her legacy. If she doesn’t care, then why should we?

  28. “This look is really cool” 😂 That would be the entire video commentary. No shade to her but she doesn’t really know designers so I don’t think she’d remember who made her looks.

  30. What’s the point? She won’t remember the designers, the event, any fun facts & will refer to every outfit as “cool” and “faded”. And it’s not even shade, it’s just who she is. From my years of studying Britney i‘ve realized that she lives in the moment and rarely is harping on the past. Well she does more so now bc of her intense trauma & how she relives it, but usually she’s the type of gal who looks into the future & lets the past stay in the past. I mean she auctioned off some of her most iconic outfits to charity in like 2005, talk about not looking back again.

  31. I truly believe you're living under a rock because there's no way a person who's on a Britney dedicated fan site, pretending to love Britney, is here making claims that Britney's name doesn't generate traffic. Britney's name generated more Google clicks in the last three years than Beyoncé… with a whole world tour and album out. Lmao. Yes, the traffic and clicks came from the Britney "Free Britney" movement and Britney's wedding, which were extensively covered on social media, tabloids, and TV. (#1 trending on Twitter also). This further proves my point that Paris milked Britney's brand to gain more followers for her “smarty girlz put on an stoopid girlz act” brand. Lmao, what a legacy!

  38. Today Billboard released a Ranking: „The 100 Greatest Songs of 2004“ and placed „Toxic“ at #1! 1. Britney Spears, "Toxic" The addictive love that Britney Spears describes in “Toxic” could easily translate to the habit-forming song itself. “There’s no escape, I can’t wait/ I need a hit, baby, give me it”: To hear “Toxic” once is to need to hear it again — immediately. Is it the high-pitched strings from Bloodshy & Avant? Or the venomous lyrics from the Swedish production duo alongside Cathy Dennis and Henrik Jonback? Or maybe the cheeky superspy-spoofing music video? (It’s impossible to hear this song without immediately picturing Spears in a futuristic blue flight-attendant uniform.) Whatever it is, the In the Zone earworm infected everyone within its reach, as it topped Billboard’s Pop Airplay and Dance Club Songs charts (as well as our staff’s own Best Britney Spears Songs list). It earned Spears her first, and so far only, Grammy (for best dance recording). And even Jay-Z chose it as his favorite Britney song in a random 2013 Twitter Q&A (“jamming my G”). The song’s most enduring legacy, though, might be its whiplash-inducing range of covers, from Local H’s rocker, to The Chapin Sisters’ folk version, to Mark Ronson’s ODB-featuring hip-hop spin, to, naturally, a cappella takes from both the Pitch Perfect franchise and Glee (twice). What all the above endorsements add up to is that “Toxic” has seemingly become Spears’ most universally beloved song, using her already-established superpowers (the unmistakable breathy vocals, her magnetic onscreen presence and flawless choreography) and adding an electronic pop sound that put a legend who could have been forever linked to the ’90s instead at the forefront of top 40’s new frontier. The results were anything but toxic, but they were still definitely lethal. – K.A.
